Paul leads the Offshore Wind, Hydrogen and Storage business in ESB, the Irish utility company. Prior to that, Paul has had various leadership roles in the development and construction of onshore wind in Ireland and Scotland. With a generation portfolio of c. 4.5GW in development, ESB aims to play a central role in delivering Scotland’s Net Zero ambition.
