The evening will begin at 7pm on Thursday 27 April at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow. Tickets include access to the arrival sparkling drinks reception, a three course meal with wine, tea, coffee and petit fours.

Whipped vegan feta, macerated heritage tomatoes, quinoa, tapenade, micro salad

Main
Chicken and prosciutto roulade filled with sun-blushed tomatoes and mozzarella, green bean ragu, dauphinoise potatoes, thyme sauce 

Vegan option: Chestnut mushroom and squash strudel, wilted greens, red pepper sauce

Dessert
Vegan white chocolate mousse, mango curd & coconut sorbet
