Offshore Wind Conference 2024 EnBW and bp

bp and EnBW are jointly developing offshore wind projects in two locations in the UK. Morven, a potential 2.9GW lease area off the east coast of Scotland, and Morgan and Mona, a 3GW area in the Irish Sea. The projects combined have a potential generating capacity of 5.9 gigawatts — sufficient to power the equivalent of approximately 6 million households, helping to achieve Scotland’s target of 11GW and the UK’s 50GW target for offshore wind power generation by 2030.
