Awards Ceremony

The evening will begin at 7pm on Thursday 18 April at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Tickets include access to the arrival sparkling drinks reception, a three course meal with wine, tea, coffee and petit fours.

Scottish Renewables has worked with Radisson Blu to develop a menu which features locally sourced and seasonal ingredients as much as possible. We are happy to note the delicious three courses below.

Starter
Pickled beetroot, truffle cream cheese, sweet asparagus, herb dressing (VE, GF)

Main
Garlic and thyme infused chicken, gratin potato, parsnip puree, cumin carrots, caramelised shallot, peppercorn sauce (GF)

Vegan option: Feta, kale & pumpkin strudel, wild herb potatoes, rosemary jus (VE)

Dessert
Mango delice, passion fruit dressing, stem ginger crumb, raspberry crisp

Vegan option: Whipped strawberry cheesecake (VE, GF)
