AGM & Member Forum / Networking Reception About the Event

At the AGM we will set out our current priorities and you will have the chance to ask questions or comment on the activities SR’s board and executive team are undertaking on your behalf. This forum is designed to ensure that, as members, you are aware of the breadth and depth of our activity over the last year and also to give you the opportunity to inform and shape our priorities going forward.

Following the AGM, you are invited to join us for a Member Forum and Networking Reception where you will have the chance to meet with fellow members and the Scottish Renewables team for a relaxed evening of networking. 

Attendance at the AGM is available to all members and advance registration is not mandatory, but in order that we can assess the catering requirements for the Member Forum and Networking Reception which will follow the main business, we would be grateful if members who wish to attend could register on this page.

Members may attend both the AGM and the Member Forum / Networking Reception, or may choose to only attend one or the other. We ask that member organisations please limit attendance at the Member Forum and Networking Reception portion to two attendees. 

As a member of the Company, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM and you can download the proxy form via this link.

You can only appoint a proxy using the procedures set out in these notes and the notes to the proxy form.

To appoint a proxy using the proxy form, the form must be:

  • Completed and signed
  • Sent or delivered to the Company at John Morrison, Scottish Renewables, Floor 3, 24 St Vincent Place, Glasgow, G1 2EU or emailed to him at John.Morrison@shepwedd.com
  • Received no later than 16:00 on the 8th September 2024.
