    Chief Executive, Eyemouth Harbour Trust

    Having worked in shore-based marine industries for thirty years, and specifically in the ports sector since 2009, Christine’s initial role as Business Manager focused on delivery of the harbour’s diversification strategy thus developing new business for the harbour. She enjoys the variety of cross sector engagement, helping Eyemouth Harbour and its infrastructure benefit from traditional business in sea fisheries as well as emerging opportunities in marine tourism and renewable energy, particularly offshore wind. Following completing her MBA studies in port management with distinction in 2021, and her promotion to Chief Executive, she’s focused on leading the port into its next phase of regeneration, development, and decarbonisation.

    Chief Executive, Port of Inverness

    A qualified chartered surveyor, Sinclair was appointed Chief Executive of the Port of Inverness in 2011, prior to which he was a partner in a leading firm of international property consultants. Since his appointment, he been responsible for overseeing the port’s expansion into the renewable energy sector where it is now regarded as one of the leading ports in this market. He also led the port’s contribution as a founding member to the Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport and is now focusing on the port’s next phase of expansion, regeneration and ensuring that it becomes a net zero business by 2038. Sinclair is also current Chair of the Scottish Ports Group of the British Ports Association (the representative body for UK Ports) as well as sitting on the main BPA Council.

    Paul Colebourn, a qualified Civil Engineer with over 10 years of industry experience, is a Project Manager at RJ McLeod, a multidisciplinary civil engineering contractor that has delivered over 4GW of onshore wind projects, as well as working in grid stabilisation and marine infrastructure. With a proven track record of contributing to the successful delivery of over 800MW of wind projects, Paul brings extensive expertise to every stage of development. Now based at Head Office, he plays a key role in Estimating and Business Development, collaborating with clients and developers to create tailored, value-driven solutions.

    Neil is a Director with BVG Associates, global strategic advisors to the wind industry. With 30 years of experience in the renewables sector, he leads work on the globalisation of wind energy and on providing strategic advice to governments, developers, enablers, and supply chain businesses. Prior to joining BVG Associates in 2017 he spent over 20 years with Natural Power designing, developing, and operating onshore and offshore wind farms. Neil is part of the team that delivered the Scottish Onshore Wind Sector Deal in 2023.

    I work as an Operations and Maintenance Package Manager for Vattenfall, involved in a project from development through to operations making sure that the project is ready on day one. I have been with Vattenfall for nearly 9 years working in both Offshore and Onshore Wind. I started on Aberdeen Offshore Wind Farm before construction getting the site set up and then working on activities in getting the project ready for operations. I moved into Onshore Wind after and have worked on several projects in Netherlands and Sweden. Recently I have handed over South Kyle Wind Farm in Ayrshire, and now am working on Clashindarroch II and other sites we have in development in Scotland.

    Andrew is a professional engineer who has been active in the renewable energy sector for over 20 years. Across his career Andrew has worked as a consultant, contractor and a developer on projects ranging from building integrated technologies, through community scale systems up to commercial scale onshore wind and solar projects.
    In 2009, he established Locogen to provide consultancy services to support our clients to develop, build and operate commercial scale renewable energy projects. He has extensive experience in onshore wind and solar technologies and also has experience delivering energy storage, low carbon heat and green hydrogen projects.
    Andrew has operated at senior management level in Locogen for the past 15 years and has been responsible for the growth and management of the group in the UK and France. He has also served as a director and the Vice Chair on the Scottish Renewables Board for seven years up until January 2024 and has also served as a director on the Energy Technology Partnership Advisory Board.

    Claire has been Chief Executive of Scottish Renewables, the representative voice of Scotland’s renewable energy industry, since October 2017. She is responsible for leading the organisation’s work to grow Scotland’s renewables sector and sustain its position at the forefront of the global clean energy industry.

    Claire is a member of the First Minister’s Energy Advisory Board and is co-chair of the Renewable Energy Strategic Leadership Group. She is also co-chair of the Scottish Government Marine Energy Industry Group.

    Claire is a member of SSEN’s Network for Net Zero Stakeholder Group and a member of the Centre for Work-Based Learning in Scotland Advisory Group.

    Claire was awarded the University of Strathclyde’s STELAR award for executive leadership within the industry in 2021 and is also an honorary fellow of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society.

    Before joining Scottish Renewables, Claire was Director of Policy and Place at the Scottish Council for Development and Industry. She has previously worked in various roles at Ofcom in Scotland, focusing on economic regulation of telecoms, radio spectrum and the mail market while also looking at developing digital participation of individuals and businesses.

    Nicola is a seasoned Procurement Associate for Ocean Winds, bringing over 10 years of experience in procurement across a variety of sectors including oil and gas, telecommunications and manufacturing, before transitioning into the offshore wind industry 4 years ago.
    Joining Ocean Winds in 2021, Nicola worked as a Procurement Officer on the handover from construction to operations and maintenance on the Moray East Offshore Wind Farm. Since 2023 Nicola has become a key member of the EPCI team within Ocean Winds, focussing largely on O&M procurement to support the company’s operational portfolio.
    Nicola has a First-Class Honours Degree in Corporate Communication from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
