E-TICKET
Closer to the event, table hosts will receive an e-ticket which includes confirmation of each guest's table number. Table hosts should forward this on to all table guests. It is essential that all guests show this on a mobile device or print out a copy and bring with them in order to gain access to the venue. Please contact your table host if you do not receive this within seven days of the event.
 
GUEST LIST
A guest list will be available to download closer to the event. All table hosts should ensure they have uploaded their guest names no later than Friday 24 May.

 MENU & REFRESHMENTS
Tables include access to the sparkling drinks reception, 1/2 bottle of wine per head, three course meal with teas, coffees and petit fours. Additional drinks can be pre-ordered in advance of the event, and the form will be circulated to table hosts. Dietary requirements can be submitted via our website when you submit your guest names. The menu will be announced here closer to the event.
