Session 1 - The Planning Act and NPF4: The Official View
What does the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 mean for Scotland’s renewable energy planning system and NPF4? This session will give the Chief Planner an opportunity to explain the Act’s contents and his vision for renewables within the planning system as part of NPF4. Delegates will then have an opportunity to put their questions and comments to the Chief Planner and raise their concerns.
