Pre-order drinks

Guests will enjoy prosecco or a soft alternative and canapes on arrival to the event. All tables include 3 bottles of white wine, 2 bottles of red wine and iced water. 

If you want to pre-order additional drinks for your table, please follow the details below and we will have this on your table for your arrival.  The pre-order link will close at 24 hours prior to the event taking place.

Instructions for Wine & Beer Pre Orders:

• Please select your drinks for the evening – you can use the drop-down arrows to see the drinks available.
• When happy with your selection click checkout.
• If you do not know your Table numbers please add the booking name and company name to the notes. This will allow us to match the order to your table.  Without this information we will not be able to place your pre ordered drinks of your table.  
• Please select the correct date of the event (1 December) and earliest time -your order will then be placed on your table for your arrival.
• Press Continue
• Select Guest Checkout and add your contact details
• Read the T&C’s and Checkout
• Add your payment information to complete your order
• The pre order link will close at 24 hours in advance.

Ordering further drinks on the evening:

Order further drink for you and your guests on our web-based ordering app. Simply scan the QR code on your table, input your Table Number so we can find you, add your preferred drinks to your basket, click your basket and checkout now, either as a guest or create an account, fill in your personal details then make payment. We will then deliver drinks to your table!
