Recommendations of the (Onward 2030) Work Package 5 Group – Transparency

These are the recommendations from the Onward 2030 group on Work Package 5. This meets the requirements of the Onshore Wind Sector Deal commitment to "publish details setting out a proactive, transparent, and consistent approach to the management of aviation issues relating to onshore wind developments, seeking to establish fair and equitable deployment and funding of aviation mitigation solutions"
